Certificates & Warranties

All SMOOTH™ products are patented and have certificates of quality and legal. Made with high quality standards and the best raw materials, go through a strict control before being delivered to the customer, however the customer should be aware that the atomizers are sensitive and consumables pieces that will degrade by the frequency of use.

• Batteries: Warranty from 3 Months to Lifetime for manufacturing defects. Should follow the instructions in the user guide for proper handling.
• Atomizers: 15 days for manufacturing defects.
• Cartomizers and Cartridges: are not covered by any warranty after removed from its packaging.
• Electric Chargers: Warranty from 3 Months to Lifetime for manufacturing defects. Should follow the instructions in the user guide for proper handling.

The replacement of defective products will be made ​​for a product with equal or similar features. If we do not have replacement products available, the customer will be refunded the purchase price of the defective product.
 

Excluded from warranty all equipment/accessories whose defects resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, lack of maintenance or unauthorized modification of equipment!
