All our orders are processed and shipped within 24hrs. Upon shipment of your order, you will be notified by e-mail with all details, including the number of "tracking" that allows monitoring and location at any time up until delivery. All orders are shipped direct from our location in PORTUGAL / EUROPE.

WORLDWIDE

  • Registered Post International “REST OF WORLD 5D”, estimated delivery by 5-10 days, with a charge from 7,20$.

PLEASE NOTE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS! This address should be an address that the period of 9h to 13h and 14h to 18h is someone to welcome the order. Registered Post International offers added security options such as proof of posting and a signature on delivery. However, the traceable service may not be available in your country, please check it. To track an international mail item, please consider using Express Courier International.

Returns Policy


The customer must confirm the contents of the order in the act to its receipt. The acceptance, which means that all items were in the right quantities and conditions.

Smooth
has a policy of Satisfaction or Return. If for some reason not satisfied with any product, the customer may, within 15 days after the order receipt  to resolve the purchase agreement freely entered into through our online store from which to proceed to effect return of the products acquired in the same condition they were on delivery.

The return must be communicated by email to rma@smooth-e-cigs.com, to obtain the return matyerial identification: RAM -
Return Material Authorization.
 
Is customer responsibility the cost of shipping and packaging of products because so they are not damaged during transport. You must include everything that was shipped with the product including manuals, cables, original box and other accessories along with their invoice. All accessories must be in perfect condition considered NEW. Items that show signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return. We will not accept cartomizadores and atomizers returns, which have been used, if so, the user will be charged from their cost.  As a matter of safety, all cartridges and e-liquid ordered can not be returned since it could have been adulterated with without knowledge of SMOOTH™.
 

You will be charged a handling fee of 5 euros per item / equipment returned / canceled.
